Payments for services are arranged directly between customers and providers unless otherwise stated. BookitGY may receive commissions or fees from providers for facilitating bookings.
Cancellation policies are set by providers and may vary by service. Please review the provider’s cancellation terms before booking.
You retain ownership of content you submit to BookitGY (such as reviews or photos), but you grant BookitGY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. BookitGY is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BookitGY disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookitGY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Guyana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
