Website Recurring Billing Offer and Authorization

1. Subscription offer

BookitGY Provider costs $9.99 USD per month plus applicable tax. Eligible providers receive one original free trial lasting three calendar months. The trial does not restart or extend when a provider adds a payment method, resumes setup, cancels, or returns. Following the original trial, the subscription renews monthly until canceled. Before recurring billing is authorized, the authenticated account offer must disclose the verified original trial end, whether it has expired, when the first fee is due, expected collection timing, renewal schedule, and applicable tax and payment terms. If those details cannot be verified, billing setup will not proceed. If your trial has already ended, the page will show the payment timing applicable now, not a future trial-end charge. The base subscription price is $9.99 USD per month. Stripe Checkout may show a converted payment amount and currency through Adaptive Pricing. Review the final amount, currency, and tax shown by Stripe before submitting payment details.

2. Cancellation and account deletion

You may cancel through Subscription & Billing → Manage billing on the authenticated BookitGY website at bookitgy.com. If the billing portal is inaccessible, contact support@bookitgy.com. Cancellation stops future renewal when verified and ordinarily preserves access until the verified paid-through time. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund unused paid time. Cancellation during an unpaid trial prevents conversion to a paid subscription. Permanent account deletion is a separate action. If eligible, deletion during a paid subscription period results in a refund of the unused prepaid portion under the Provider Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Account Deletion Policy. Tax treatment and refund limits depend on verified transaction details and applicable law.

3. Policies incorporated into the offer
