Provider Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Price and trial

BookitGY Provider has a base subscription price of $9.99 USD per month plus applicable tax. Eligible US providers receive one original three-calendar-month free trial. Before authorization, the website must disclose the verified original trial-end date, time and timezone applicable to the account. The trial does not restart or extend when you resume billing setup, add a payment method, cancel, or return. An unpaid trial has no subscription fee to refund.

2. Billing authorization and currency

Before Checkout, the provider must be shown the verified account-specific offer, first-fee timing, expected collection behavior, monthly renewal and cancellation route. Recurring billing requires affirmative authorization through an unchecked control separate from account signup. Stripe hosts Checkout and billing management. The BookitGY base Price is denominated in USD; where Stripe presents a converted currency or final amount, review that amount and currency in Checkout before submitting payment details. If a required amount, trial timestamp or payment trigger is unknown or inconsistent, billing setup is unavailable pending verification.

3. Cancellation

Cancel through the authenticated BookitGY website at bookitgy.com → Subscription & Billing → Manage billing, or contact https://www.bookitgy.com/support if you cannot access the portal. A request is not proof of successful cancellation until verified. Ordinary cancellation prevents future renewal and ordinarily allows access until the current verified paid-through time. It does not automatically refund unused time. Cancellation during the unpaid trial prevents trial conversion. We separately correct verified billing errors and provide any refund required by law.

4. Refund after permanent account deletion

If you permanently delete your account during an eligible paid subscription period, BookitGY will refund the unused portion of the subscription fee actually paid for that period. The calculation uses the server-recorded time when you complete authenticated deletion confirmation, the actual start and end of the paid period, the fee collected after discounts, and any refunds already issued. The refund cannot exceed the amount still settled and refundable. Applicable tax adjustments are handled separately according to verified transaction information and legal requirements. If payment, currency, tax or period details are unclear, we review the case rather than guess an amount.

5. Errors, disputes and processing status

Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges, billing errors, and charges resulting from failure to process a valid confirmed cancellation or deletion request are reviewed separately from ordinary deletion proration. Refunds required by applicable law remain available. Requesting or initiating a refund does not establish that it has settled. Cancellation, refund, local deletion and remote cleanup can have different statuses. Existing legitimate unpaid obligations are not automatically canceled by deletion.
